The Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) safety designation is awarded by the Alberta Ministry of Labour though the Alberta Partnerships in Injury Reduction Program to employers who develop health and safety programs that meet established standards.
Cabra Consulting Ltd. initially achieved the SECOR designation in 2014 and passed the recertification audit in 2017 (Scored 99%). Achieving and maintaining the SECOR designation demonstrates Cabra’s continued commitment toward creating a safe work environment.
The SECOR is valid for a three-year period as long as all maintenance requirements are met. This includes maintenance audits in 2018 and 2019 and then an external audit will be conducted for renewal in 2020.
